Black Mountain Builders, LLC is a locally owned construction company based in Brattleboro, Vermont, dedicated to building high-performing homes. We believe that successful projects begin long before construction starts, which is why we place a strong emphasis on thoughtful pre-construction planning, clear communication, and attentive project management. Guided by our values of integrity, sustainability, collaboration, and craftsmanship, we strive to make the building process as rewarding as the finished result.

 

Our leadership team includes two skilled builders, each with over 20 years of hands-on expertise, alongside two administrative professionals with backgrounds in design, project management, business operations, and customer relations. Together, we work holistically with our clients from the earliest stages of planning through the final details of construction, ensuring every project is approached with care, transparency, and a commitment to quality.

That same commitment to excellence extends throughout our entire team. Our skilled carpenters are passionate about their craft and dedicated to delivering fine workmanship. With an attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning, every member of our carpentry team has completed, or is actively pursuing, SEON's High-Performance Builder Certification.​
