Adam North
Builder, Site Manager
Two decades of experience in residential construction and renovation have given Adam a wealth of knowledge for creative problem-solving, thoughtful decision-making, and skilled craftsmanship. From demolition to finish work, his steady, calm presence strengthens the team and helps keep projects moving forward. His ability to listen attentively is at the heart of his natural leadership style. He creates space for collaboration, supports those around him, and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of builders.
Whether discussing the build goals or design details with a client, trade partner, or team member, Adam establishes trust through a positive outlook and a genuine commitment to each project.
Outside of work, Adam is a musician and avid reader. He enjoys paddleboarding, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Jamie Whitaker
Builder, Site Manager
With over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, Jamie has worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Known for his natural leadership, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail, he excels at managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple teams. His practical expertise and collaborative approach help ensure that projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Jamie is a firm believer in the value of mentorship and takes pride in helping develop the next generation of skilled carpenters, fostering a culture of learning and professionalism.
While he grew up in Vermont, Jamie has also lived and worked throughout the U.S. and abroad. He is an avid snowboarder who is often found on the slopes of Mount Snow or spending time with his wife and dogs.

Jaime Rodominick
Project Manager, Marketing & Media Manager
With a background in commercial interior design, sales, marketing, product development, and construction project and business management, JR brings a unique ability to see projects from multiple perspectives. Whether considering a client's vision, an architect's design intent, or a builder's operational realities, she works to ensure that all voices are understood and integrated into each project.
Once a trade school student herself, JR is an advocate for skilled trades education and creating meaningful career opportunities with clear pathways for growth and advancement.
JR has a B.A. in Interior Design and is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her husband and dogs, and chasing rare bird sightings throughout the Northeast.

Sarah DiNicola
Business Operations Manager
Sarah has worked in non-profit administration since 2000. She has a breadth of experience in operations, marketing, technology, budgeting, project management and team building, all of which enhance the operations of the company.
Her attention to detail, desire to create efficient systems, and commitment to fiscal accuracy ensure that everyone involved on a Black Mountain Builders project - employees, clients, vendors, trade partners - can trust that they are in good hands.
In addition to her role at BMB, Sarah is the Assistant Director at the Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development. She is happiest spending time with her family, growing food and flowers in her garden, and finding beautiful places to enjoy the natural world.
