Not So Tiny-Tiny House

This 300 sq. ft. not-so tiny house prioritized energy efficiency and moisture control. Building a double-wall system, incorporating oversized rafters, mineral wool insulation in the floor system, and Weathertight air/water barrier were key components. Windows and exterior door are by Marvin Elevate and hemlock posts and beams for the timber frame loft, and siding are locally sourced and milled. We can't wait to see how the homeowner finishes the interior.
