This 300 sq. ft. not-so-tiny home proves that small can still be smart. Prioritizing energy efficiency and moisture control, the build features a double-wall system, oversized rafters, and mineral wool insulation in the floor system—all wrapped in a weathertight air/water barrier for maximum protection and performance.

Marvin Elevate windows and exterior door provide natural light and durability, while the locally sourced and milled siding, along with hemlock posts and beams in the timber frame loft, add warmth and regional character.
